Beginner level
Price: FREE
For those who are starting to learn Czech from scratch
Basic Czech language course at level A1 helps students develop basic reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
The main emphasis is on the use of language both in the educational process and in everyday life.
Grammar and vocabulary – mastering basic grammatical structures and expanding vocabulary. Special attention is paid to terminology necessary for high school or college studies.
Communication skills – students learn to use basic phrases for introductions, greetings, communication in the learning environment, and working with learning materials.
Reading and writing – mastering reading and writing simple words, sentences, and educational texts, which will help in preparing for entry into high school or college.
Cultural aspects – familiarization with the basics of Czech history, geography and civics, which will facilitate adaptation in the educational environment.
Preparation for entrance exams – preparation for CERMAT tests and other entrance exams, providing materials to students who have not yet reached the required level of language proficiency. Using official materials approved by the Ministry of Education.
Support and advice – consultation on the admission process, assistance with filling out documents, support in choosing a specialization and submitting applications through the DIPSY system.
This course is a starting point for those who want to gain a solid foundation for studying in Czech schools and successfully adapting to the educational environment.
Intermediate level

For those who already have basic knowledge of the Czech language
Kurtz A2 is intended for students who already have a basic knowledge of the Czech language and want to improve their language skills for studies at secondary schools or universities in the Czech Republic.
Special emphasis is placed on preparation for entrance exams and adaptation in the educational environment.
Grammar and vocabulary – in-depth study of grammar and more complex language structures. Mastering technical terminology from subjects such as mathematics, history, geography and civics.
Communication skills – development of free speech, participation in discussions, formulation of arguments, preparation for an interview .
Reading and writing – working with texts of medium difficulty, writing essays, analytical texts, and official applications for admission to study.
Preparation for entrance exams – intensive preparation for CERMAT tests, entrance exams and final tests. Using official study materials approved by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic.
Support and advice – full support during the admission process, assistance with collecting and checking documents, submitting applications through the DIPSY system, and choosing the appropriate specialization of study.
Educational activities – participation in mock entrance exams (mock entrances), attending career events, open days at schools and universities.
Consultation with parents – regular meetings with teachers to discuss student performance and provide recommendations for further learning.
This course helps students reach the level necessary for independent study in secondary schools in the Czech Republic and successfully pass entrance exams.

Level B1 is aimed at students planning to enter high schools or universities in the Czech Republic.
The program emphasizes professional terminology necessary for successful learning and communication in an educational environment.

Preparation for entrance exams – practicing test tasks, analyzing typical tasks, and working under limited time.
Modeling the learning process – learn how to take notes, answer teachers’ questions, and complete written assignments.
Writing official documents – applications for studies, motivation letters, communication with schools by email.
In-depth study of grammar – work on sentences, tenses, modal verbs, and formal language style.
Preparing for interviews – practicing answers to typical questions, getting acquainted with the ethics of communication during the admissions process.
Integration into the Czech environment – attending educational events, open days, and career days.
Collaboration with parents – consultations on student success, recommendations for further studies.
